Swimming week

We’re back at last from our exhausting but fun swimming week.  For the past four days and nights we have been away in Mallaig.

We have been doing all sorts of things, ranging from mountain biking to swimming, football to singing and from sailing to a disco! (Katy would like us to point out that we were not sailing to a disco!)

Singing session

During our recent Small Isles week, we were lucky enough to have a visit from the singer Rachel Walker.  She did loads of fantastic Gaelic songs with us and we’ve recorded them for you to hear.  Our favourite song, though, was not a Gaelic one but a song called “Daphne Cochrane” which is all about a lady who works in Robertson’s marmalade factory.  It’s great fun!
